The home was full of charming, artisanal character, and we did our best to add more to it by framing the entryway with patterned Malibu tiles and some fresh paint. Zoom in to see the details.
The side entry was in need of some major rehabilitation. We knocked out the old brick, rebuilt and re-leveled the stairs, and finished them with handmade Saltillo tiles, with Malibu tiles on the front facades.
