WHAT WE TAKE ON

We are a small team, primarily focused on bathrooms and kitchens, and we are not a general contractor. Tile, waterproofing, and the finish work that makes a room feel like a room: that is our trade, and it is what the 15% covers.

A fire rebuild often needs more than that. We work with a variety of other contractors who are trained and experienced specifically with fire restoration. If you have a unique project or situation that we can’t take on ourselves, we’d be happy to connect you with our network of preferred contractors.

So ask us either way. Finding out where you stand costs nothing, and pointing you to the right person is worth doing whether or not any of the work ends up being ours.

How much is the discount, and what exactly does it come off?
A flat 15% off installation labor on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and custom tile work tied to the 2025 fires. It reduces our labor rather than the price of your materials, and it shows up as its own line on an itemized proposal before you agree to anything.
Do I need to have lost the whole house to qualify?
No. Partial damage counts, and so does the smoke and water damage that comes with a fire even when the structure survived. If your home was affected by the 2025 fires and you are repairing or rebuilding, the discount applies.
I am not in Altadena or Pacific Palisades. Can I still get it?
Probably, and it costs nothing to ask. The program covers adjacent Los Angeles area disaster zones affected by the 2025 fires, not only those two communities. Tell us where you are and we will tell you straight away.
Can you handle an entire rebuild from the ground up?
Not on our own. We are a small team and our trade is kitchens, bathrooms, and tile. A rebuild that starts at the foundation needs a general contractor, which we are not. We work with contractors who are trained and experienced specifically in fire restoration, and we are glad to connect you with them whether or not there is any work in it for us.
